Warm up - on our own:

2x - 10 goblet squats
2x - 10 halo each direction
2x - 75 jump rope
5x GBH

WOD - Big 300. Partnered with Daisy - 30 reps of each exercise:

1. Cossack lunge/v-ups
2. Pull ups (20 with medium band; 10 deadhang)/push ups
3. Deck squats/weighted sit-ups (15/25/35)
4. Ring rows/hurdle jumps
5. Burpees/sprinter's lunge
